Bennetts Babes 2012

1. Entry is open to UK residents excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
   
   
2. No purchase is necessary.
   
   
3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
   
   
4. Entrants must be able to drive and have regular access to a car due to the location of some events.
   
   
5. Entries submitted on behalf of third parties will not be accepted: entrants must enter the competition themselves.
   
   
6. Entry to the competition is made by completing the entry form online at www.bennettsbabes.co.uk. Alternatively entrants can enter by sending 2 recent full length photographs of themselves together with their contact details by post to Bennetts Babes, C/O Michael Mann, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted and only one entry per person is permitted. Any entries which are incomplete or suspected by the Promoter to contain false information will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not received or are delayed or damaged.
   
   
7. Entries including pictures of any level of nudity, of a pornographic or offensive nature will not be considered.
   
   
8. Any photographs submitted must be recent, must not include any other person and the entrant must have been over the age of 18 at the time the photograph was taken. Photographs must be a maximum of 3MB in size, at least one image must not be of professional standard. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any photographs which are deemed unsuitable or are not of a satisfactory quality. By submitting photographs entrants confirm that they have the right to use the photograph and, where applicable, have the permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph.
   
   
9. Photographs will not be returned.
   
   
10. Entrants' photographs, names and profile details (not contact details) will be displayed on www.bennettsbabes.co.uk as part of the promotion of the competition: entering the competition signifies the entrant's consent to this. Please note that as the entry will appear on an internet site it will be available to all internet users and may be picked up by and displayed on search engine sites. The general public will be able to rate the entries. The results of the public ratings may be taken into consideration during the judging but will not be the deciding factor.
    
    
11. Information concerning entrants collected by the Promoter will only be used for the purpose of the administration of this competition. Information may be passed to third parties where it is necessary for the purpose of the administration of this competition or the fulfilment of the prize. Information will not be used for any other purpose. Information will not be retained by the Promoter for any longer than is necessary for the proper administration of the competition.
    
    
12. Entries will not be accepted after 5pm on Tuesday 6 March 2012, after which the judging panel will select a total of sixty (60) finalists, to attend a casting in Birmingham on Thursday 15 March 2012 or London on Saturday 17 March 2012 (30 finalists for each casting). Finalists will be notified which location their interview will take place at. Finalists will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to attend the interview, no expenses will be paid. Finalists will be asked to provide photo ID confirming their age. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any finalist from the competition who does not provide acceptable ID.
    
    
13. The judging panel will pick eight [8] winners who in the opinion of the judges will best represent Bennetts.
    
    
14. The prize will entitle each of the winners to attend an exclusive photo shoot, attend a number of personal appearances and undertake some level of promotional work as and when required throughout 2012.
    
    
15. The cost of the winners' photo shoot and reasonable travel expenses to the photo shoot and to each personal appearance will be paid by the Promoter. No additional expenses will be met by the Promoter.
    
    
16. No cash or other alternative will be offered, nor may the prizes be transferred.
    
    
17. The winners will be notified by telephone between Monday 19 and Thursday 22 March 2012, and then by e-mail/post. Winners must accept the prize by 5pm Monday 26 March. If they fail to do this, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the finalists.
    
    
18. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
19. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 1st April and 30th April 2012 for details of the winners' names and locations.
    
    
20. The winners will be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion, including the publication of photographs and names on the Internet and in the print media. Entering the competition signifies the entrant's consent to this.
