Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of entry are described below;

  1. Entry is open to UK residents excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  4. Entries from third parties will not be accepted: models must enter the competition directly.
  5. Entry to the competition is made by sending a recent picture and the model's full name, address and contact details either
    (a) by email to babes@bennetts.co.uk,
    (b) online at www.bennetts.co.uk/babes, or
    (c) by post to Bennetts Babes, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted and only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. Entries including pictures of a pornographic or offensive nature will not be considered.
  7. Pictures will not be returned. If entering by email or online, please send your picture in JPEG format.
  8. Entrants' pictures and names may be displayed on the Bennetts website as part of the promotion of the competition: entering the competition signifies the model's consent to this.
  9. The personal information of entrants collected by Bennetts as part of this promotion will neither be used for any other purpose nor given or sold to any third party, and will not be retained by Bennetts for any longer than is necessary for the proper administration of the competition.
  10. Entries will not be accepted after the close of business on 15th February 2008, after which the judging panel will select a number of finalists to attend an interview between 18th February and 7th March 2008.
  11. The winners will be selected at the discretion of the judging panel from those finalists attending the interviews.
  12. The prize will entitle each of the winners to appear at selected Superbike events, an exclusive photo shoot, and personal appearances as and when required throughout 2008.
  13. The cost of the photo shoot and reasonable travel expenses to the photo shoot and to each personal appearance will be paid by Bennetts. No additional expenses will be met by Bennetts.
  14. No cash or other alternative will be offered, nor may the prizes be transferred.
  15. The winners will be notified by telephone between 7th March and 12th March 2008, and then by post.
  16. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 12th March and 30th April 2008 for details of the winners' names and locations.
  18. The winners will be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion, including the publication of photographs and names on the Internet and in the print media. Entering the competition signifies the model's consent to this.
